What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love your Pasture Five order.
Because our products are personal care items, we can’t accept returns of used products. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, we will absolutely make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at pasturefive@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used or opened personal care products (soap, lotion, etc.)
- Clearance items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Wrong Item / Missing Item
If we made a mistake (wrong item or missing item), please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it quickly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:
- your order number
- photos of the box and product(s)
We’ll either replace the item or refund it.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We’re so grateful you’re here. Every Pasture Five order is packed with care and shipped from our little farm to your home.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, new product launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship using USPS and UPS, depending on what gets your package to you the safest and fastest.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the box and product(s)

What makes Pasture Five goat milk soap different?
Our soaps are crafted in small batches using fresh, nutrient-rich goat milk and skin-loving oils. Goat milk naturally contains vitamins A and E, plus gentle exfoliating lactic acid — making it perfect for dry or sensitive skin.
Do you really use goat milk in every bar?
Yes! Every batch of soap we make includes pure goat milk as a key ingredient. It’s what gives our soap its rich, creamy lather and gentle moisturizing qualities.
How long does a bar of soap last?
With daily use and proper storage (somewhere dry between uses), most customers find one bar lasts 3–4 weeks.
Where do you make your products?
Every bar is handcrafted here in Georgia, in small batches, with care and attention to detail. Each one is unique — a little piece of farm life you can enjoy every day.
Do you raise your own goats?
Yes! Our Nigerian Dwarf goats are the heart of our farm.
