Return Policy
We want you to love your Pasture Five order.
Because our products are personal care items, we can’t accept returns of used products. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, we will absolutely make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at pasturefive@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used or opened personal care products (soap, lotion, etc.)
- Clearance items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Wrong Item / Missing Item
If we made a mistake (wrong item or missing item), please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it quickly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:
- your order number
- photos of the box and product(s)
We’ll either replace the item or refund it.
