  • products are handmade and may vary slightly by batch

We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing errors) at any time, and to cancel orders affected by errors.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, supply constraints, or high order volume.

Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Pasture Five is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays
  • lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist however we can.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for details. Those policies are considered part of these Terms.
